The series is structured in four parts because stronger performance in the role develops in layers. Participants begin by building a clearer understanding of the work itself, then strengthen execution, improve anticipation and follow-through, and develop the judgment and context that support higher-level contribution.
Each session can stand on its own. Taken together, the series offers a stronger path for professional development over time, allowing participants to apply one layer in live work before building the next.
